By accessing and using ReviewOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
ReviewOS provides AI-powered review management and automation tools for Google Business Profiles. We connect to your Google account to read and reply to reviews on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
ReviewOS offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
ReviewOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
