Refund Policy

1. General Principles

At ReviewOS, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the Service. Self-serve paid subscriptions are not yet active in the current pre-launch version of the Service.

2. 14-Day Refund Request Window

You may submit a refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date. All refund requests received within this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund; each case is evaluated based on the criteria below.

This policy applies once paid subscriptions are activated. Until checkout is enabled, this policy is published for advance transparency and does not apply to pre-launch workspace access.

3. Conditions for Approval

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or lack of use once access to the digital service has been granted and actively utilized (e.g., AI replies have been generated, review data has been synced). A refund request will be considered eligible only under the following circumstances:

To submit a refund request within the 14-day window, please contact our support team at hello@planian.app. You must provide a clear reason related to one of the eligible conditions above, along with supporting evidence (such as screenshots, error messages, or transaction IDs).

5. Review and Resolution

All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of submission. You will be notified of the outcome via email. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on the nature of the issue and the extent of Service usage, we may offer a prorated refund instead of a full refund.

6. Requests After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be reviewed. If you experience an ongoing technical issue, please contact support for troubleshooting assistance.
